TERMS OF USE

By downloading or playing Abducted: Escape the Ship (the "App"), published by pmama-apps, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the App on devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment purposes.

What you may not do

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source or assets.
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App or its artwork, audio and puzzle content.
• Use cheats, automation or modified clients to interfere with the game.

Purchases and hints

The App may offer optional in-app purchases such as hint packs or ad removal. All purchases are processed and refunded by Apple or Google under their store policies. Virtual items have no cash value and are not transferable between platforms or accounts.

Content ownership

All rooms, puzzles, characters, artwork, music and the Abducted: Escape the Ship name remain the property of pmama-apps and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

Availability

We work hard to keep the App running on supported iPhone, iPad and Android devices, but we provide it "as is" and cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features and levels may change with updates.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pmama-apps is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Third-party stores

Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the App. Your use also remains subject to the App Store Terms of Service and the Google Play Terms of Service.
